We strive to fill the niche of producing smaller runs of injected and thermoformed products.

INJECTION MOLDING CAPABILITIES

• Clamp pressure = 75 ton, shot size = 3 oz, horizontal machine
• Clamp pressure = 75 ton, shot size = 5 oz, horizontal machine
• Clamp pressure = 165 ton, shot size = 16 oz, horizontal machine
• Clamp pressure = 30 ton, shot size = 2.5 oz, vertical shuttle machine
• Clamp pressure = 125 ton, shot size = 10 oz, vertical shuttle machine

We can injection mold plastic products weighing up to about one pound and with a surface area of about 100 square inches.

KYDEX THERMOFORMING CAPABILITIES

• Custom Direct and indirect pressure forming system
• Present, blank size max. 8.25 X 13 inch
• Coming soon, max blank size 12 X 20 inch

We do most of the mold making and tooling in-house, but also have a vast networking system; start to finish.  

Depending on the scope of your project, Armory Plastics, through its extensive contacts network, may be able to assist in locating local vendors with the following capabilities:
